Quant Online Assessment Simulator

Timed, role-based OA simulations for Trading, Quant Research, and Quant Developer interviews. Modeled on candidate-reported assessment structures and scored like the real thing: section clocks, penalty scoring where firms use it, and no pause button.

How a simulation works

1.Pick your role

Trading, Quant Research, or Quant Developer. Each sim matches the sections real screens for that role use.

2.Race the section clocks

Section clocks run continuously, with a fixed 30-second break between sections. There is no pause button.

3.Manage your skips

Forward-only navigation, and some sections use penalty scoring. Knowing when to skip is part of the score.

4.Get a scored report

Per-section accuracy, pace against the section budget, and the categories to drill before the real thing.

Questions

What is a quant online assessment?

A timed screening test firms send before interviews: mental math or numerical reasoning for trading roles, statistics and probability for research roles, and C++/systems questions plus coding for developer roles. Candidate-reported formats run roughly 30 to 100 minutes.

Is this a real firm's assessment?

No. These are role-generic simulations modeled on candidate-reported OA structures, built and reviewed by us. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any firm, and we never claim to reproduce any firm's actual test.

Is there a free version?

Yes. Every simulator has a free sample at the full format's pace, with no sign-up required. Premium unlocks the full-length formats with saved reports.
