For student and internship recruiting, Millennium publishes a high-level process of eligibility screening, role-specific technical and nontechnical assessments, and technical and behavioral interviews. Interviews are tailored to the specific role and hiring team. Experienced-hire processes may differ and are not described here as a firm-wide sequence.

Round 1:Campus eligibility and application
Millennium publishes program-specific eligibility and application guidance. Available opportunities and requirements vary by program, role, and team.
Round 2:Role-specific assessments
Student candidates may receive technical and nontechnical assessments selected for the role. Millennium does not describe one firm-wide assessment format.
Round 3:Hiring-team interviews
Official student guidance describes technical and behavioral interviews with hiring teams. Content and sequencing vary by role and team; quantitative topic reports are candidate-reported context only.
