Current official guidance describes a timed at-home technical challenge, a Zoom interview with a developer, quantitative trader, or researcher, and final interviews. For Quantitative Trading Analyst candidates, DRW specifically documents a logical and quantitative challenge, an approximately 45-minute probability-and-statistics interview, and an in-person Superday with a Python quantitative coding challenge, trading simulation, and multiple technical interviews.
