Falling Ants

Twenty-five ants are randomly placed on a meter-long rod, with the thirteenth ant from the west end being Ant Alice. Each ant faces either east or west with equal probability and moves at a speed of $1 \text{ cm/sec}$ . When two ants collide, they reverse their directions.
