Flow Traders publishes a detailed Graduate Trader hiring process: application, numerical test, recruiter interview, trader interview, and case study. Its current official materials state that the math test gives candidates 10 minutes to solve 75 questions using only mental arithmetic, while the numerical assessment also evaluates sequence skills. Later stages assess business knowledge, motivation, problem solving, brainteasers, trading intuition, decision-making, and adaptability. This guide describes the Graduate Trader route; other roles follow different processes.
